CODE AND ZONING CONSULTING

• Review zoning permissions with respect to use and size of prospective projects to help developers assess project feasibility.

• Perform technical plan reviews for conformance with applicable building and fire codes.

• Perform on-site compliance inspections for existing construction and new developments, including but not limited to structural elements, fire assemblies, and fire protection systems.

• Assist designers during concept and design development phase to review constructability issues such as fire protection, egress, and handicap accessibility.

• Evaluate how other bodies of law such as Housing Maintenance Code and Multiple Dwelling Law may affect projects.

• Assist law firms by conducting records research, performing code and zoning research; prepare reports, testify for depositions and at hearings.
