RPO Incorporated is a full-service construction consulting firm founded in 1987. In addition to performing code and zoning consulting, we also procure approvals and permits for construction and demolition in the NY Metropolitan Region. We facilitate filings, approvals, permits, divisional sign offs, TCOs, and final Certificates of Occupancy at the Department of Buildings and Department of Small Business Services.

We also assist in fulfilling all of the requirements from other City agencies such as the Department of Environmental Protection, Fire Department of New York, Department of Parks and Recreation, Landmarks Preservation Commission, Department of Transportation and others. We work on private projects and City infrastructure projects of all sizes.

RPO also assists property owners and property managers by assessing compliance requirements for buildings and monitoring properties to assure on-going compliance with New York City agency requirements.

Our violations team – backed by our Project Managers - has extensive knowledge of code requirements and agency processes. This collective body of knowledge has enabled them to garner extraordinary success in swiftly lifting Stop Work Orders and in obtaining dismissals of DOB and ECB violations.

RPO has had the privilege of working on some of NYC’s most prominent buildings, including many museums, theatres, and performing arts centers.
